Description of the problem	Trailer is rated at 9600# has 4400# axles installed. Springs, shackles and bolts have been replaced. Latest failure was a hub break while underway causing left rear wheel to lockup. I believe this is due to under engineering as the parts im replacing are for a 3500# axle when looking up part numbers. This makes max trailer load 7000#
